At Art Therapy, we want you to feel as inspired by your purchase as we were creating it. If your fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and artistic labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
